7th in the world.

Mixed feelings about this one. It doesn’t satisfy me, I’m sad I couldn’t find the ressources to do better in the final. The lack of experience this season had the better of me in the end. But I’m still proud of my journey this year after lots of setbacks. Now on to the next one for new challenges.

Unfortunately, 13.53 was not enough to reach the final. Missing this opportunity by 0.05 second was heartbreaking but we keep our head up and already focus on next year.

I’m a European championship medalist and i can’t believe it. The past few days felt like i dream and i’m only starting to realise how happy i am. I’ve received so much support during these championships and i will never forget that. When i think about the fact that one month ago i thought i would never go to Jerusalem it’s unbelievable. Happy and proud that i was able to represent Belgium at a high level.

Big congratulations to @david.pronk who is now an European champion and @nils_lfrt, love you guys ❤️
